Our home airport is Piedmont Triad International Airport (PTI GSO). There are direct flights from various major airports : Atlanta (ATL) , Dallas (DFW), Chicago (ORD) , New York (LGA), Philadelphia (PHL), Charlotte (CLT), Miami (MIA), Washington DC (DCA), Detroit (DTW), & Denver (DEN). You can connect from any of the listed airports above from your preferred home airport. You can also fly to Charlotte (CLT) and drive 1.5 hours to Greensboro or fly to Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) and drive 1hr to Greensboro.

There will be a shuttle from Hyatt Place Downtown Greensboro to the wedding venue (Summerfield Farms) on 4/19/25. There will be parking available at the wedding venue as well.

There will be a shuttle leaving from the Hyatt Place Hotel Downtown Greensboro at 4:30pm. Please arrive to the shuttle in front of the hotel no later than 4:30pm.

Prelude starts at 5, Ceremony starts at 5:30pm. The shuttle will be leaving Hyatt Place Downtown Greensboro at 4:30pm. Please plan accordingly & be at the shuttle no later than 4:30pm!

The wedding will end at 10:30pm. That is when we are required to leave the property (unless you are part of the bridal/groom parties and will be staying on the Summerfield Farms property). A shuttle will take all guests back to Hyatt Place Downtown Greensboro, or you can Uber to wherever you are staying.

The Hyatt Place hotel (where the room block will be) is in downtown Greensboro, close by to all the fun things to do. Other hotels listed (Such as the Proximity Hotel or the O.Henry Hotel) are about a 7-10 min drive to Downtown Greensboro.

A lot is walking distance if you are staying downtown. You can also use Lyft or Uber. In addition, there is a Hopper Trolley that you can utilize : https://www.greensboro-nc.gov/departments/transit/downtown-trolley
